  well I don’t know how it is exactly for you. But if it’s bad please call that number, or if real bad then just dial 911. That’s what those services are there for. And the people who run them should be nice people who want to try and help you. (like on this site :) Sorry to repeat that if you don’t want to phone them..

  it’s a bunch of scripts. Presumably you have a web server somewhere, with PHP support. Then you just copy it into your web directory on that web server. And then access it with your web browser.
  
  but if you don’t know how to do that, then it probably is a little advanced for you… There are other complications too. You sound like you either need to read a lot of tutorials or hire someone else to do it for you :)

  ye, a CMS handles all stuff related to organising dynamic pages, logins and other stuff… They have their own control panels once you install them that you can log in to.
