Yea i can see that… i think you and the others were right… and with you all the saying the same things… it kinda got through to me that i am not gonna beable to change if i am still in the same situation doesn’t matter how much i try..

I’m sorry but it’s too much to ask of me

the only family i do have that would ever even think of taking care of me is my father. and if i am sent to prison a minmum sentace will have my coming out as an adult.

i can’t promise you that. there are a great many ways all this amazing scheming we are doing could go wrong, if i am convicted of a felony and if i am sent to be sent to prison as well as my father then i am sure that the only action i will take take is suicide. I can’t see myself putting up with that and going through that just so i could be a bum. in which case if i dont starve I’ll probably just kill myself anyway.

At the moment its a closed group.
Which means you can find it in searches, but an admin has to approve your application.

Yeah, that’s special. I don’t have any paintings or anything. I sort of feel that I may be missing out.

What kind of art does your family do?

All the places I mentioned were really just museums, not galleries. Dallas has a few galleries, but they’re not concentrated in one area - kind of scattered. And I haven’t bought a lot. All the art we have is done or given to us by family members - guess we have an artsy family!

Have you ever bought paintings? I have been thinking about that lately but I wouldn’t really know how to go about it.

I would love to know what a tourist should go see, in terms of art galleries and such. Any type of art would be good. I would just like to know the most popular places.

Yea! I’m glad to hear that. They can do a lot of good, so it’s great you were able to stick it out while your system’s getting adjusted and that it seems to be working out for you. Tho nothing beats hanging out with people who care about you, so the little trip this weekend was probably the best medicine for you, right?

Everything is fine here - took our daughter to visit her boyfriend for the day and now i’m just sitting here playing on the computer while my husband watches a football (american) game. The week and rat race begin again tomorrow - (sigh).

Ja, I think so. I spent the weekend with Dr Awesome, which always helps. Hopefully i’m over the worst. Thanks for all your help.

heya! :) well when i first joined i just moved my location around in the general direction until it finally said “Dallas, TX” i wish there was an easier way for that to work - like just typing in the city and getting it to show up - i think the most we can do is just guess where to put it and hope that it ends up in the right city. for a little while my location put me in one of dallas’ suburbs. try looking at a map and placing it as close as you can near where dallas should be on the screen. tell me if that works out. ;)
