I am…my dream/goal in life is to become a bodybuilder endorse products etc… =) what is ms or that thingy you said? how does it affect you from training? Well how are you doing out side of that anything fun and exciting?

I still train gently hon , but I was diagnosed with MS in may07 all dreams were pretty much shot at that point, although Im still mobile and have a certificate from ACE. Its as you can imagine a sore point, so enough said. :-) I guess I could still train folks, but this thing is so unpredictable never know from one day to the next how you are going to feel.My advice if you want something, grab it now, you don’t know what the future has in store for you hon.

hey sasha! i read your profile and it appears we have weight training in common! =) and nutritional stuff! omg tell me what are your goals do you plan on entering any competitions!? what fitness magz do you read? I read FLEX =) and I am cutting down a bit more I can feel it/see it I feel how do you say…supa sexy and I feel like I am one hot mama =)…wait…lol

You’d better believe it !! furniture has been safe so far, but had the demise of one tennis shoe, one sandal,the trash bins are emptied every day, paper all over the floor, another fav is to uproot his water bowl, so yeah if you think you can handle a demon like this go right ahead lol. On the flip side, there lurks a great character that can be trained, in that little destructive brain, there lurks great intelligence lol, he’s a sweetie really. :-)
He’s already mastered, sit, stay,down, shake, and the recall command, so yeah, pretty intelligent fellow. :D

thanks for the shout hon, I think the pic and lighting had lot to do with the hair, it was straightened and some shine serum put on it, the flash caught the shine, and hey presto it was more fluke than anything it looked that shiny I think lol .:-)
