Thank you for the message. I have updated my post as I have finally found my old self and all my confidence. I am doing everything properly and recording every little thing I can to help myself and the girls. All the support I have had is fabulous and I know I can do this now.

Vyki,I read your post hon, listen as long as he cant prove you an unfit mother in a court of law then he has nothing. The fact that you self harmed in the past is over and done, you have family that will vouch for you, and say that you are a good mother.Its a shame you cant prove that he hit you whilst pregnant that wouldn’t do him any favors at all.
Do you have anywhere to go ? Id say report the fact that he has been physical with you and find somewhere to go, parents maybe ? Its damned hard with no witness’s only the kids, many women find themselves in this situation, its your word against his sadly unless he leaves marks.
