  yeah you should be totally fine.
  all those things sound very similar to what i went through.
  just give your body a chance to process all the hormones in your system and get back to a natural rhythm.

  what have you done in your life?
  You answered it yourself straight away. Making it to 30, and living ANY sort of life, is an acheivement in itself.
  You’ve lived 30 years, breathed millions of breaths, blinked thousands of eyes and beat a trillion hearts.
  You are educated, and well balanced - despite any problems you may have come across before.
  You have a job, a purpose to get up in the morning, and have managed to keep it as long as you have.
  You have battled on every day - despite being bored or sad, and got the job done.
  
  You will have leapt many hurdles in your life up till now, and none of them should go unnoticed.
  Be them emotional, physical or mental.
  
  Im interested in how you say “they” say you are not friendly or outgoing.
  who are “they”?
  And why do you care what “they” think?
  Those who mind don’t matter. Those who matter don’t mind.
  
  Darling you seem like a perfectly normal, nice person to me, and you live your life. not them!!
  So do whatever it is YOU feel like doing.
  You have the rare and precious ability to do whatever you like without having a partner restricting you, or people to tell you that you shouldn’t.
  
  So if you walk past a dance class and like the look of it…join in.
  If you see a guy looking like he needs a friend in a cafe….be that friend.
  If you fancy eating a massive ice-cream-sundae….dig in!
  If you have a song stuck in your head….sing it!!
  
  There was a story i heard about a man who felt similarly to you. So he vowed to say YES more.
  I took this up for a few days, and had a fantastic time.
  I went for drinks with people i barely knew, to bars id walked past hundreds of times and never seen.
  I won a competition and got some new sunglasses.
  I even got a new job.
  
  Give it a go.
  
  And don’t worry about what society says you should have achieved - they’re only trying to sell you something.
  
  What matters is your happiness. And its up to you to find it.

  Darling you’ve hit a dark patch of life.
  Of which there are many.
  
  If this boy wont let you prove to him that you are stronger…then let him go. he’s not worth the worry.
  
  What you should focus on now, is proving to yourself that you are strong, with or without him.
  
  Our mistakes are what make us who we are.
  
  If you can fight through this, then one day you will look back and be glad it all happened.
  Because it will make you realise how precious the happiness you fought for is.
  
  Sit up straight, close your eyes, and take a deep breath.

  you don’t need to be rich to be noticed.
  and you don’t have to present a perfectly polished finished product….
  
  if you’ve got a good idea, present it the best you can, and send it around to publishers etc.
  its their job to make it look all fancy for selling.

• Ok, so i’m having alot of trouble finding a boyfriend, and i’m feeling kinda desperate.
  

  ok clearly you are an attractive girl.
  you’re sporty, slim and healthy.
  And you have the guts to dress and act the way YOU want.
  not the way EVERY other girl does.
  be proud of that. that makes you different.
  
  if a guy is interested in you because you are “hot” and nothing else…then he’s not worth it.
  if a guy is interested in you, because you are a healthy, confident girl…then he is.
  
  don’t try and change to suit others!!
  don’t try and be “hot”.
  because even if that does land you the man of your dreams, he’ll eventually realise that you are just acting,
  you will get bored of pretending to be interested in his **** stories and you’ll be back to square one.
  thats why you get dumped for other girls, its not because they are hotter than you.
  its because they are just being who they are.
  
  think about it….if a guy was clearly trying really hard to look like a skateboarder, growing his hair and wearing baggies just to impress you,…you’d think he was a bit of a try-hard knob.
  
  whereas the bloke who really is a skateboarder, who really doesn’t care about his clothes or his hair, the one who looks relaxed and happy with who they are…..you’d like him.
  
  
  
  its all about confidence.
  if you love you, so will everybody else.
  
  and besides, once you’ve got one. you’ll be desperate to get rid of him.
  honestly my love, the whole boyfriend/girlfriend thing…….seriously over-rated.
  
  just concentrate on what makes YOU happy. :)

  its natural.
  the chase is up.
  think of it like prey - he’s chased you, he’s got you, he’s eating you.
  so why bother running anymore?
  
  if you want him to keep chasing, you have to keep escaping.
  keep him on his toes, let him know you’re worth running after.
  
  but by the same coin, make sure you aren’t guilty of doing the same to him.

  never! nobody will think you are a loser. if anything they will respect you for having the courage to do it.
  and plus, younger people should have an in-built respect for those who are older than they.
  
  i just started a new course at uni.
  and probably naievly, i was amazed to find that im one of the youngest there.
  most of my workmates are middle-aged, the youngest is 17.
  i love them all. regardless of their age.
  
  good luck and well done.
  it does take balls to get back into education.
