Here’s the thing though guys. I do exersise . . allot! I’m race elite in downhill mountain biking, and consequently train on tredmills and road bikes on a constant basis. I go to the gym 4 times a week as well. Thing is, I have been ‘’tensing'’ my abs for as long as I remember so it almost feels natural.(I don’t have to put effort/it’s automatic. As far as other activities, I cross country ski,bmx,snowboard ect. Because I have to maintain a high performance in my bike racing, I don’t drink(at all!) I’m 17 and the only time I drank this year was at a christmas party. - written 4 years, 4 months ago
