  Thinking of doing this and good point about the concienseness of the spirit… might be true but I will await 21.12.2012 at 11:11.
  
  Not so long ago I posted a note about 11:11 and how I was always seeing it on the clock, how I’m just drawn to look at a digital clock at that time or how I’ll finish a phone call and look at the clock on the phone and it will be 11:11, how there are many 11:11 websites and some people think it’s angels etc. I personally think it’s aliens or the mayan indians contacting those of us who choose to listen. There are many other co-incidences I have found with this time including my boyfriend having an accident and ending up in Ward 11 room 11 :-O - I actually joked to him he was in Ward 11 room 11 as I thought we were in Ward 10 but then I found it was Ward 11 … so it never escapes me :-)

  Hi… please don’t kill yourself there is always a solution to every problem ok!! First of all you are worried and upset that you are overweight there are ways to overcome this. If you have an eating disorder I know a great website it is called B-eat http://www.b-eat.co.uk/Home - this site helped my friend a lot and I hope it will help you too. If, however you don’t have an eating disorder or don’t recognise it then there are solutions other than just dieting. First of all dieting alone and depriving yourself of food you enjoy only leads to depression, which in turn can lead to wanting to find comfort and a lot of people find that comfort and joy in eating, so they eat to compensate for how bad they feel and it is a vicious circle. What you need to understand is to have everything in moderation ok. First of all some form of exercise should be planned from now on… also when you are wanting that cake from the pastrie store or wherever don’t feel guilty about it, train your mind to think ‘well I could have this but I have decided not to today’ and if you fail well it is not such a crime…. It is better than thinking ‘Oh I shouldn’t have this otherwise I’ll get bigger and I’ll be a failure’ because if you think that way you will never rid yourself of your depression or feeling upset.
  
  So my advice firstly is to eat healthy food (and carbohydrates for energy) and enjoy some treats but in moderation if you can.. but don’t feel guilty if you don’t succeed just think positive and think it’s ok to have this treat today but I’ll do better tomorrow.. or similar thoughts to this ok. Secondly join some social club where you can exercise… maybe cycling with a friend or badminton or tennis as this is more a social event and more exciting than the treadmill at the gym for instance. There will be plenty of notices for people wanting to meet up.. try gumtree http://www.gumtree.com/ for details of meeting with friends in your area or sports / music events and everything else… it is all on there and is a very good community site… it also has jobs, flats for rent / room mates etc. etc. anything really. Give it a go.. after all it will do you no harm to try will it? The first step is the hardest but after that the journey can only become easier!

  Hi Tash_101 … well I didn’t see the rude replies that have been removed but I mean who gives a sh1te if you can’t spell or whatever. When I’m upset and typing quickly I can’t spell but I mean seriously some people don’t have anything better to do with their lives.
  
  Anyway on the subject of your ahem fath… no sorry can’t say it.. because he isn’t a father. I think you are right not to speak to him and I can completely understand your anger. I have a friend who is in a similar situation to you. She has recently tried to make contact with this person whom she calls father and he wants nothing to do with her. He blames her mum of course (I mean you have to blame somebody but yourself right?) but she said her mum doesn’t contact him now and she has tried Christmas cards etc. but with no avail. She admitted sometimes she gets jealous of me because I have a normal father :-( I am pleased I have a normal father of course but upset that she was jealous and unhappy … it kinda hurt I guess but I don’t know why. Anyway from what she tells me he is a waste of space… she says she has often felt she has had to prove herself to him because she isn’t good enough. Now I don’t know if you and / or your sister feel the same way.. however if you do then don’t blame yourself or feel you ever have to prove yourself ever ok!! You are who you are and your sister and your mum are who they are and nothing should change that or make you feel like you have to change. Accept what good things you have in your life and cut this attempt of a man who you call father out of your life as he will only ever upset you through the daft choices he has made through drink and drugs and move on. I wish you the best of luck.

  I am covered in bruises from an incident with bouncers Friday night. Two ‘friends’ never stuck up for me. I don’t know I mean why is alcohol illegal anyways? I’ll go with smoking joints… however that wouldn’t help the government get their tax would it? Also it doesn’t allow freedom of thought.. so they make it illegal. Murder and aggression, depression and millions of dollars spent on deteriorating health of alcoholics though.. nah why should they care about that?!!

  I don’t believe that you don’t want to quit. You say you drank since your mom died because you were in a state of mourning? You used drink to get over the pain that you felt and your pride stops you from telling it how it really is in my opinion. BTw you sound like a mate of mine that plays down the whole alcoholism thing too but deep down he confessed to someone he wants to stop.
