Hi Spangle sorry if my posts have confused u. The one about the boyfriend breaking up with me, was not my post…..My friend posted that one but she used my account to do so. But the one about my husband leaving me is my post. I want nothing more than to work things out with my husband. To me marriage is so sacred and he just gave up and through me away… Thank you for your help and support I truly appreciate it:)

i also would be very wary of the leukemia post, the name mera ring a bell? my dad died of a form of leukemia last year, ive been doin a little digging and i gotta tell ya, things dont add up.

It’s been ages, allot has happened: I’m doing better but my eating disorder has been making me very tired lately.
I can’t even find the time to email the people I care about and love - hope I can settle back down into my comfort zone a bit once I’ve lost some weight again.
2 minute mile, not saying I don’t believe you, just recheck your measure. Or go to the Olympic trails where you live. I am sure you would be choking after that kind of a run.
Re: losing weight: I got out of breath, had weezing and other pains too when I started running. If you can walk 7km then you will have no trouble doing the 1 mile jogs. take it at your own pace, could even just be a faster than normal work. then just build up the distance as you feel comfortable. After doing it regularly for four weeks you will see weight changes starting and the the more air you push thru the sinuses the clearer they will become and the less you will be out of breath. Plus energy will increase. But I was in England for the winter just past and I know how hard it can be to get motivated to exercise. good luck.

I’m sure you’ll do fine going back to school. You’ll go back and after a couple of days it will be like you never left … apart from you’ll be a little bit older :)

No I’m afraid not… my day was rather long as not much to do at my job. I also should be studying this week as I have a math exam but have hardly done any.. ah well tomorrow may be more interesting for me :-)
I’ve given up for now, still feel the same. I always get loads of hugs from my mum :) We’re alone for a while tomorrow so she’ll probably try to get me to talk, so I may tell her hten.
