  Thanks, I have the market; I have the manufacturer; according to independant market study best place to start installations is California. I need financial and human force (the project is so big it can’t be started by 1 or 2 people I need spectrum of business, technical, financial, legal players at least 7 people) to run the project. Prototyping is 75% completed but I need more financial and human force to continue. After completing proof of concept prototype we must start developing commercial models immediately(it will take 12 months). This is the technology governments are looking for to overcome energy and drinking water deficit problems in the near future. I’m on Pacific time

• i have a reaserch paper due tomarrow on my science projeect my topic is ” Do different colors actract the sun more?
  

  Colour of materaials is what they dont absorb from the light spectrum; i.e a red material absorbs all colors of spectum except red. So color is reflection of unwanted band of the spectrum ( R,o,y,g,b,i,v) so the answer is yes. Black means all colors of spectrum has been absorbed and nothing reflected
