• Why do people more commonly skip breakfast than any other meal, considering that this is the time when the stomach is emptiest?
  

  I skip breakfast and snack alot during the morning time on unhealthy food options, i guess we skip it when we are busy trying to get out of the house for work etc. But when i do eat my breakfast in the mornings i do feel better for it!! ;-)

  - Firstly I would advise not to kill yourself. Speak to family and friends as icread has said or mayb someone you feel u could speak to better? A teacher or something?
  
  You are only 18, and mistakes are easily made. Although i wasn’t in as much debt as you are i know that you feel that there is no way out of this mess but i had to get up and find a job and make payment arrangements with debt collectors and try to stick to it!!
