My name is jimmy gregory i am a disabled 30 year old married male w/ 3 children ages 2,5,10,. 2 boys and 1 girl. i have worked most of my life and started a home improvement business in 200. in 2003 i had a 56 ft fall off some scaffolding which left me disabled. my wife is on the search for a new job but it is difficult when what she makes go straight to a daycare or babysitter. we are in the hole bad and need help mainly on rent. we received eviction papers yesterday sep 24 2008 that gives until the court date of oct 1 2008 to pay $506.00. i was ablr to pay $ 150.00 dollars towards the rent this month but the rent is $550.00 plus $106.00 court cost. the landlord has agrred to help me once again if i pay the $506.00 before the court date she will lower the rent to $ 450.00 monthly until we can get back on our feet, please if you can find it in your heart please help us.
