You know, I heard that very sound today!
I was working at a shopping mall on their fire alarm system, and we’d gone to the food court for lunch.
There were high school students about and a particularly large girl sat in one of those tight plastic swivel chairs. She was there for a bit with friends. When they got up to leave, she had to tug and as she freed herself from the seat there was a distinct “Yoink dizzle” sound.
