  Okay I sorta follow, but why x-4 and not x+4 From what I thought I’ve gathered I thought consecutive would be X + 4. Ex : x x+2 x+4 ect..

  I don’t know why you’ve been delt such a S***y hand of cards in your life. What you’ve gone through with your family is inexcusable and unfair. Still, Every person is here for a reason either to teach something to, give, or learn how to recieve. With that in mind my first peice of advice would be to start by learning how to value your own life with the mess that your in it’s easy to forget your own importance. A reminder to you is that you to are important and special you belong in this life just as much as we here at help.com do. Secondly death is not ready for you you have a purpose and your not alone. Yes, at times you will get lonely you will feel trapped and suffocated with the pain of your past it will sometimes be difficult to be brave enough to not cut a little deeper into the open wound or brave enough to buy the rope that was a little to weak take those experiences and make them your requiem for your past and let go of the people and things that held you back. Pick a day (my suggestion would be the morrow) and live. Live as no other has lived and don’t let anything stop you go to the lands of Ireland and let the soft grass of the earth heal your wounds. Go to the chapel the blind man in Itlay decorated and let him open your eyes to the beauty and marvel that is life (Michelangelo sistine chapel). Or visit the leaning tower that doesn’t give up. You owe it to yourself give yourself something to look foward to and go after it. GO foward not backwards and you yourself will find your peace. “Else had I an eternal requiem kept, And in the arms of peace forever slept”
