  thank you both, i went and seen the physcologist today it seem to help alot more then i thought, it was good to talk to someone, and i’m feeling really good i have somethings in place with my kids too, which may help with dealing with them too, but i want to thank everyone that has help me i ave really listened to u guys, :)

  thanks, yeah i’ve decided to take time off study to face the problems i have head on with a physcoligst, my kids need a healthy mum, not a stressed out one, or one that cant look after them, i dont need to add to the presure at the moment,

  mas1st, the jail thing he was never convicted it is still going the court case, and the court seems to be stalling it because he has cancer and is waiting for him to die its been 6 years since i put the statement into the police and now it seems that they dont want to trial him because he is sick, i have the protection of child saety working with me and the kids they have orders out on him so he can not come near the children, this isnt going to have an impact on my relationship as he knows the story and is so supportive he doesn’t know how i am feeling at the moment i have hiden how i feel for awhile from everyone i know i just dont want to burden people and i dont have the support of my family and i dont have many friends either that is y i came on here last night i was at a very low but thanks to u all
