Hi I’m 40 years old, new to CA. I have a one year old granddaughter, and my son is a Marine. It took a long time to find work here, and I finally have a week ago. I just started college. I’m looking forward to being on my feet and being able to help other people who may need it. I just can’t seem to be able to stay on board. I just started working, and it will take a little while. I had to buy a computer for school and that took quite a while. I’m really behind. I had one when I started and that failed. I can’t even pay my phone bill and that’s like another life line. In my whole adult life I’ve never had this. I don’t have insurance so I have to pay out of my pocket for everything, and, well that’s a whole other thing. The only thing I do know is I’m working very hard at making this situation better, and it will get better I’m just out of time with certain things.
