Hey man, I just saw everyone telling stuff like (let this in God’s hands), wich might sound ok, but it isn’t really usefull. What you should do, like with any other problem of that kind, try to replace this filling this time you ussualy waste with exercises. Furthermore, like I did =P, you should make some silly bet with a friend you know that has this same problem, believe me, once you are about to open the porn pages in the internet, youre about to say to your self (Am I so weak to loose so easely)…
