I was 240. I am supposed to weigh 180 but it has been 10 years since I have seen that. Right now I am 218 and I really want to get under 200 and stay there. I haven’t had a real meal since Christmas. Cut way back on beer too, that helps a lot.

My highest was 173 lowest 135 but that was a teenager

i’m 142 now so that’s 33 lbs slightly going up but not much don’t really care anymore well won’t let it get to 173 again that’s for sure that was frightening.

NO I do not get senior discounts and I am in better shape than most 30 year olds. No problems in the bedroom either, my doctor told me a long time ago “use it or lose it” so I have been following his advice. It’s a good way to talk my wife into it when she “has a headache” too.
