David if you get this, go to Account Admin, top of page, click on Main, this will have lots of options to click on showing you how to maneuver around help.com. It takes time to find out how everything works. Ive replied to your post, to get back to it, just go to your profile, you will see a list of the posts you have made, just click on the appropriate one.

I am sending you a shout to see if you can retrieve it. If so you can send me one back. to do so. Click on the main page on help here, and click on my pic. This will take you to my number of shouts.
