  and you should try to find the right path you want to take in regards to your passion for food.
  
  I could only say if you have the desire to learn, it can be very worth while to move to a country where Hotels and Restaurant are a thing of the town and where you can learn much about what you want in your life.
  
  The great part about it is that you can come back to your country if you desire and start your own business, a restaurant or bakery.
  
  Hope this gives you some ideas, again if you have any questions, I have lots of recipes and information on cooking I can share.

  I don’t know in what country you live and what income someone makes in a Hotel or Foods Industry, but as I said before, it’s not about leaving your current job, instead its about having a part time where you can gain experience in the Foods Industry and gain the knowledge in the area you want to specialize in. Cooking and Baking are two different branches

  Hi Sir or Madam,
  
  I am directing myself to you because your dream is something that you truly would like to do. I have 6 years as a Chef and have worked in several restaurants in New York and New Jersey in the USA. I am now back in my native country of Panama and have open my own restaurants, two to be exact. Your dream isn’t far fetch, but you need to work really hard, even more so since you don’t have the support of your family.
  
  As any Latino in the USA, I started out as a dish washer in a French restaurant in New York and gave me lots of time to learn from the Sous Chefs in these different restaurants. I am not suggesting that you become a dish washer, but to try to find a job in the foods industry anything that can be entry level, you could find something that is part time and would probably work for you as the opening hours for a restaurant are in the evening.
  
  Try to work in French or Fusion Cuisine restaurants, this are the best places to learn high quality skills, techniques, tips, tricks and your getting the experience of a highly trained and skilled Chef. I don’t recommend you to go to a school because what you’ll learn at a school you’ll learn for free and get paid to learn it.
