  Ur not ready to go back to work go back to doctor and get him to sign off longer.
  
  Ur employers have a duty to look after ur health and they need to take step to help u and they need to help u in getting back to work.
  
  IF THEY DON’T THEY COULD FIND THEMSELFS IN TROUBLE

  sounds like you are in trouble there but you are entitled to certain amount of money from him as if you where married to him. You are classed as a common law wife. Seek the advice of a lawyer. sorry i can’t be of more help or supportive. I’m a bloke who was in similar situation, but couldn’t go as far as taking it to court as her kids would have suffered.

  But there is another side to me that say well u made a mistake and should do everything in ur power to prove that and that would include arriving at his door even if it is 2hrs away. It might be the chance worth taking and would prove ti him u r serious

  I know how u feel been there done that. mY ex is doing something simaler she is txting nasty txts going behnd my back to my family running me down to the lowest to a point my family r worried about my mental health.
  The best that i can suggest is ignore her and move on with ur life in the knowledge that u have done nothing to cause this its all on her.
