• why are people being banned from this site for no apparent reasons.
  

  hmm…still not giving a good reason why this particular user would have been banned. look, i understand that help.com is trying to keep the integrity of the site up…but i think they at least owe users a reason why they are banned.

  is there a way to contact someone from help.com to find out WHY you were banned? i don’t agree with policy that bans you for very “gray” rules without any explanation.
