Hello :) I have a confession I ate a whole pint of ice cream last night, late at night! I feel bad :( If you want to punish me wish a workout I understand lol I got to the gym for my first time and did my arms. It felt good but my arms sure seemed weak! I felt like a total wus! ;) Hopefully this time next year I’ll remeber when 5 lb weights felt heavy and laugh.

At the end of every session on here I go to Acount admin, then subscriptions, there you click uncheck all, for the posts underneath that you have subscribed/replied to, I had the same thing I deleted one day over 100 emails urghh lol I keep getting your emails back, send me one to my address that I put up for you last night and then Ill be sure to have it correctly Im not sure why they keep coming back , it may be something on your end, all the others I send are ok, so dont know whats up hon. :-)
