- Weather is starting to cool. Last few months stunningly hot, but now its a sad time when beaches and pools, bbqs and walks start to not be so appealing and winter motor bike gloves come out of storage. But the tree’s in my town are semi-famous for their autumns, so its time to focus of the up side to it. It is extreme here. goes from 42 ( bloody hot) in summer, to a little bit of snow in winter, and I like it that way.

was that a throw away question about the weather? maybe, but I answered anyway. what’s happening at your senses? how’s the weather affect your life?

The bruise - checking - you giving a hint that someone is messing with you and you want to tell someone? hope it’s just from tumbling fun in the world, but I have come to realise that its way to common for it not to be.

Not much missing, but I could lie if you want? :-) You never built up the kind of expectations that lead to missing, you are more a comet - catch a glimpse and be inspired by the glimmer. But if you’re still about, I’d be up for a story anytime. I’m at chunkymoves at yahoo.

Learning gets me high. Really, I get a buzz from it and love being in conversations with smart people who know stuff. More recently, I’ve been focusing on a whole different side to learning. First poem, painting, drawing, non-scientific essay, dance class, cooking lesson, piano jamming and ( how to describe help.com) all this year.

But I’m still a google books geek. I realised a while back that my religious schools education was really bugging me. Not just in lack of decent facts and challenges, but the very epistemology of fundamentalism. ( big words, but they do sum it up well ) I put it off for a while, but then I realised I wanted to invest my time in myself for a bit and have been full time self directed student for almost three months now. So ****** good.

Laos is a very poor land locked country between China and Thailand etc. They had great thai food, and elephants.
Elephant story.. Someone convinced some farmers to grow sugar cane instead of rice a few years back, but a bunch of wild elephants moved in and snacked. Farmers tried going back to rice but the elephants stayed. They were going to shoot them, but some NGO convinced them to set it up for tourists. So no riding on them, but you can stay in these tree top bungalows and watch the wild elephants doing their thing while forgetting about your Thai noodles that have gone cold.

Your good to chat too. Now I can say, you freaked out back there. Sure its my problem and not something for your list of worries, but with so many death posts, I detach enough to sleep fine. Sure I don’t know you, but you are a real person in my head, enough that when you where having a mid life crisis, ummm, I, umm actually cared with real actual fat feelings. This is just me letting off steam, all good. I’m not going to be on help.com much next year, but I do feel like if I can do for someone else what I needed, it helps me understand myself and heal. I wont pretend I don’t notice you are a chick, but I am anon, far away and safe, so if I can be a friend next time your staring into the black, let me know. Also, if you don’t feel like help, I won’t try and guilt you for it. I could have said “here is you ever need it” but sometimes that’s just a farewell message.

I read your last post and I just felt all the wise happy words drop as I remembered vividly ( yes again, you have a way with words) seeing through it all and feeling so angry and alone. I almost didn’t shout you as I didn’t know the right thing to say, so I just wrote raw.

I’m not after anything, or expecting a reply, just here to say that I have seen some of the extreem uglyness in this world close up. I can only offer what I needed, but if you want to someone to hear your inside screams, without telling you “its ok”, I’m up for it.

There wasn’t really anything needed replying to in the last shout, I was just jumping in and off-loading some excitement and respect. I’m a fan of your thinking and writing style though, so always up for hearing from you.

I hear you about the depression thing. I’ve been in depression denial for 3 years now :-) Every now and then I just don’t answer my phones for a few days unless its one of a very few people. Can’t be arsed putting on a happy face ( to match my usual mood ) for those people who can’t handle being around someone who is depressed or shitty.

You serious about each time worst than last? Wont say anything unless you invite me to, but vector projection analysis leads me to selfishly worry about being able to purchase your first novel.

Never got the emo thing either, accept they do have interesting hair. For me, I’m not after sympathy or miss guided advice, so there is is usually no point telling people. Hmm thinking about it, intellectual attraction last a while longer than that. I remember the first good teacher I had, and the great conversations I’ve had over several days hiking around mountains.

The eating thing was that you mentioned you didn’t have the normal hunger triggers. I also have that, and as I’m a bit of a sports addict atm, I need to remind myself to eat quite often, so it was funny to remind someone else.

holy **** your smart. Well, not so much smart, but you just see straight through stuff. Was just reading your post about crime and punishment, and it was so obvious that it reminds me that there are others who can think straight in this world. Yes, I am gushing, as I have a crush on you. I broke up a while ago with a lady I cared for, and was very smart in some ways (scholarships through uni) but totally blind in others. I decided I just couldn’t be with someone like that long term, and its so encouraging coming across people who’s thinking doesn’t annoy me. Don’t worry, crushes based on intellectual attraction only last a week or two ;-)

I don’t know how successful as a model you’ve been and I didn’t want to be a little negative on the exotic cars, but it’s very expensive. It is a dream job and I’ve thought of it and still do today:)

Your writing and artistic style is out of this world. Cars are a very brutal industry…like modeling. Those that do well long term have a niche and reputation. Writing ads for exotics will give you some idea or exposure. These people are generally very arrogant similar to your industry…but they do it with cars..lol. Integrity is cool and if you can maintain it, it’ll pay off. Wow, it would be easier to pick another industry..lol. Five star limo service coordinator or exotic lease agent. Lease Agents do well (not as well as models)and don’t have to shell out the cash:)

Wow …Gypsy that’s a cool goal. I did the mechanic thing out of necessity (grew up on a farm and we had a race track). The down side is you always have dirty hands, working in all conditions (wet or hot) and you reach a wage ceiling. Good honest work though. I met a girl one time that was on a road trip with an auto manufacture writing a review for a product test…sounds cool, but the old guys were driving her nuts..lol. I use to build high performance engines (for quarter miles cars and street rods) at one time. It was a good hobby, but not a money maker. What do you do now? If you don’t mind me asking:)

I did it on a dare….da, I won…lol. No, really my boss talked me into it because his friend as a recruiter and they need a tech. He told me he was just loaning me to them…lol. He was a big liar..lol. I had fun and it gave me a great foundation or over the top work ethic…lol. We have a lot of great place to do all of the outdoor stuff here. Some are lucky enough to get paid for it. Hotel evaluators seem to have a great time, but it doesn’t let you have time to be home. I do a lot of community work now and leave the traveling to my friends. I may pick it up later…china is a mystery to me, but my friends are worried about International incidents..lol.

I used to be a tech in the army. I fixed trucks, tanks and all their other equipment. I moved into cars dealerships when I got out and it was fun. I use to train all the staff from the receptionist to the detailer. Business manager would be the job I would recommend to be the best. They do the loans for the clients.

I moved into politics and I’m a business contractor now:) They call me a targeted business specialist(manager capable of different departments) and they move me around to problem areas. Sounds fun, but I’m getting bored..or tired..lol. The contract I have now I work outside and we just got 20 cm of snow again with wind chill of -40..brrr…lol. It’s a cool job.
So tell me more Gypsy like…what do you like to do?
