• Is it possible to take a still image from part of a video, then to use that as a Picture.
  

  Here’s another a bit longer idea but it also works… you could take a screenshot of what is on your screen then save that screenshot as a jpeg, then open that jpeg file in your picture image program, crop it then save it again.
  
  Here’s how…
  first Select the window you want to make a screenshot of. Then capture an image of your screen.
  
  Windows Users: Find and press the “Print Screen” key on the keyboard. It is usually labeled PrtScrn. This will copy an image of the screen into the Windows clipboard.
  
  Macintosh Users (OS X): Press Command-Shift-3. This will capture an image of the screen and save it to your hard drive. Look for a file named Picture 1 (the number may change if you already have images saved in this manner).
  
  Open a graphics editing program and paste that image into that editing program. Save it as JPEG and don’t forget to check the size of the file saved, If it is too large (more than 1 Mb), try adjusting the compression settings or crop only the necessary area of the screenshot and save again under a different name. Save it where you can find it. For a good place try “desktop” or make a new folder on your desktop/computer and save it under that folder on your desktop.

  It is very gracious of you to be so giving although there is a point or final straw to every thing. You can still live a life of meaning and purpose without extravagant means. Stay inside this winter, eat-in more, rent movies instead of gong to theatre, drink more water, try to stay away from kitty bars “you got the net” or just bars in general. Don’t make anymore loans especially with banks, you are not alone lately they/banks too have lost some financial credibility as well. Do not trust flexible interest rates. Pay your bills the best way you can without disrupting your life too much. If the amount is owed to a friend they should accept a smaller monthly amount as pay back, if not , that isn’t a friend and to that I say screw that and pay them off first and then wash your hands with them afterwards (forever). Everyone has bills to pay so make sure you save enough money to pay what you know you have to every month, such as electricity, gas, food, mortgage payments and so forth.
  
  If you are creative or not, try to make a Christmas CD of a mix of music to give as Christmas presents (copy burn, copy burn…). That will save you tons of money to get you through the holidays “financially”.
  
  We know what goes around usually comes around but do try to get yourself financially stable before helping anyone else, that is not selfish, that’s called smart. After you are financially stable, then give to your hearts content but by doing so then you will be able to give much more than you realize.   What he has promised was an array of hope for change. It’s true not everyone will be happy with his progress, especially many of those who make over $250,000 a year. Although the man should at least get in office before any talk of reelections happens “4 years from now”. We all should realize in order for our newly Elected President to “deliver” any kind of hope, he needs to be given the benefit-of-the-doubt. He’s gonna have enough of a hard time as it is. Election time is America’s way of having a voice and in this recent election “not as a whole but yet as a majority” America has spoken and agree his ideas are worth giving a chance. Try to give him one too.

  My apologies… I should not have EVER called anything “crud” for trying to help a smoker become a non-smoker and live longer. I know i’ll need to change my attitude about things before I can become a “non-smoker” and try try a little harder to have good/better health in the future! My goal is to be a non-smoker before 2009 gets here…
