  It’s not just being positive…but HOW to do that? Have you watched “The Secret”? It’s a good movie. So is “What the Bleep Do We Know”. The point is to change your thinking. Every time you catch yourself getting negative, stop, focus on something good or that you like (even as simple as a blended chai or a good photo op of a dog). Then, when you are in your happy space, focus on what you like and want in your life. Bottom line is you have the power to attract good into your life. Focus on that and you will succeed. I guarantee it.

• Hey guys:)) Well i intentionally came on here to get advice on this problem i had with a boy i’ve had a crush on for 8 months.
  

  Good for you :) it’s hard to control who we “crush” on, but i can say for sure, that staying open to cuter, kinder, more fun guys can make the one not giving appropriate attention sort of fade easier. Then you look back and go “YES@ I’m awesome…I stuck by my morals and found an even BETTER guy!! I ROCK” :)

  I would recommend craigslist. Google it and go to your city. There’s a million little jobs on there if you are willing to work and try something a little different. Plus it kind of gives you ideas for different jobs you haven’t thought of before. I would not recommend a loan. I think it causes undue stress, which you do not need right now. Also, sometimes, volunteering can help you feel better about yourself, and make you connections for jobs when others with their own companies and stuff see you and your work ethic. I do Habitat for Humanity. Good luck.

  I understand. It doesn’t have to be yucky and hard to get over. You have the power and ability to focus on things which cause you joy. Be you. Appreciate the great parts of who you are. It’s easy to focus on the negative, and I’m not saying ignore it or pretend it didn’t exist, I’m saying focus on the little things that you love and you will begin to see why life is a gift, and watch new, positive habits start to emerge.
