  I live in Lithuania. I think there things are different. I know that my friend went to some kind of free social addiser, also he talked to advocate, bank assistant, his acquaintances… But we a alone… I looked through those pieces of advice…

  No… of course not. As I know, no bank gives a loan for a person who is in debt or even was in debt. And I unfornunatelly didn’t get the loan… Now he is temporaly staying at his friend.
