Yea, the US government has grown larger than it ever was intended to be. It’s funny how they love to have distractions as well. T.V., movies, celebrities, video games, anything to take your eyes off what corrupt politicians are doing. If gun control were severely hampered suddenly, you’d see a lot more “Don’t tase me, bro!” situations on a wider scale eventually.

I mean seriously, the guy was tased for exercising his freedom of speech.

I was really annoyed when I posted this but Im not really anymore I finally got some sleep last night so I don’t really feel that irritated now. Seriously though when you are going without sleep everything makes you mad so it was kind of hard not to be annoyed.

Oh no worries about the laugh lol, its just I have so much to do and now I have to sleep and wake up late in the day and then I won’t be tired again when I want to go to bed. I suppose there are little things bothering me that I really bury because I really don’t want to think about them right now but its nothing major like life or death stuff. I will try to find out more about this meditation stuff though, I guess it’s different than what I thought which is I thought you had to make your mind go completely blank. Thanks for the help anyways.

So lame, I am just now starting to feel tired at 6 F uc k ing AM. I hate my internal clock or biochemistry or wtf ever this is not fair I want to sleep at a normal time! godddddddddddd. (Sorry I know it’s not necessary to say all that but it really is frustrating me).

No nothing in particular really. I do have a lot of random thoughts popping into my head whenever I am not tired and am just lying in bed. And I do mean random, not so much important or bothersome. I have tried breathing methods, it didn’t really help. Someone once told me that people who do yoga try to think about absolutely nothing to calm themselves. I do not see how that is possible, as my mind is always thinking about something, even if I am trying not to. Seriously I can’t even begin to imagine what thinking about absolutely nothing would feel like. Isn’t that technically going brain dead? Anyways, yea see what I mean? I am a big rabbit trail-er -_-. Gah.

Anyways, how does this meditation work?

I run 9 miles a week.
