Come in & see whywe are looking for your unwanted items …we will pick up or you can drop off at 6203 w. houghton lake / w. 55 ..we would rather you recycle to our cause and not the landfills …there are many people who can not afford to or even buy new stuff and thuo we do run a resale store we also give away items to those in need ..low income , burn out victims others sent to us thru local churches , organizations , we our here for the community and our troops …all funds after cost of operations go towards helping those in need of everyday essentials ..clothing , personal items , heating funds , rent payments etc…. if we have it , which we do not have funds yet but we do count on others to help by donating items , cash …we accept anything we do not have to feed ….we do not get fed. grants or loans we are funded by the community for the community . we are not shy about asking for things to help others in need . we do this from the heart , there are no paychecks here for any of us ..if you feel you can help us in anyway please feel free to drop in , call us , or we will come to pik up your unwanted items …unwanted to you might be needed to others …we are located at 6203 w. houghton lake dr / w. 55 next to wilds true value . we are open 7 days a week sun. thru thursdays 10 am till 6 pm & fri. and sat. late nights 10 am till 8 pm. these hours will change after dec.2 nd. we accept check donations always at : needy not greedy c/o community financial po box 9 lewiston ,mi. 49756 or we have a donation box at the store for cash or checks …sorry we do accept checks but do not accept plastic too costly … phone me anytime at 989-390-5164 or email contact is (email removed) we are a non profit in good standing since 1998 we have just recently moved to houghton lake …
