  lol- that sounds like me- sometimes I wish I could just toss the computer/internet and tv out the window, but alas I’m chained to them! No, I need the net for working, but I think someday it would be really interesting and helpful to live without all this technology for a while…

  I’m sorry for everything you’re going through. If you and your counselor don’t think there’s a way to get out of the situation (with brother and sister of course), then I suggest you recognize that your mother,stepfather,etc. are very unhealthy people, that it is not your fault, and that you don’t have to be like them. Focus on yourself- be a good person, don’t yell like them, rise above it and go in the opposite direction as an adult. Many people who come from bad situations end up emulating their parents later in life. Some go in the other direction entirely. I am now 22, college grad, and a preschool teacher getting ready to get my masters in art therapy. I talk to my grandmother, aunt, cousins and have a great long term relationship with my bf…So there’s hope for a lovely bright future. And hey- don’t cut yourself, you’ll mess up your arms! : ) Get into art or something instead. Love, Shade

  Well, you can talk to a school counselor. Which it sounds like you already have since you’re on antidepressants. They will be able to listen to all of the details and help you- also they have strict confidentiality agreements so you don’t need to worry about anyone “finding out”. School counselors really helped me. What you need to understand is that what you’re going through, being yelled at, spit on, cutting, ignored- it’s not just bullshit, it’s child abuse. It is not okay. It sounds like your sister loves you and is just really worried about you. That’s good : )
