• How do I settle credit card debt?
  

  Ok. Ya I’m going to try and talk to my bank about the loan thing, but I’m pretty sure I won’t be eligible because I’m not done my 3month probation period at my company.
  I was also told that the credit card debt can be adjusted by calling the credit card company themselves and setting an agreement. Anyone know anything about this?

  Thanks. I no longer gamble online and have made a lot of progress, but now it is just this credit card debt bogging me down. I feel if i got rid of all that debt, my life would do a complete 180

  Thanks, but I would ideally like to find out how to get all that debt into one bill, and at a set/lower rate of payment, like over 2-3yrs. In about 9months time I will have to move out on my own, will have about an additional $800 for rent/mortgage, so I’d like to start saving a bit of cash now for that while I’m living rent free.

  Thanks for the responses everyone. I’m in Canada, and I have roughly 15k in credit card debt, with 5k remaining in a bank loan (for whoever asked). I would love if I could combine all this debt into one, but don’t you need decent equity to apply for a loan that size? I now live with my parents, and my car is a lease, I doubt I’d be approved.

  Ya man. Its nice to know I’m not the only one. It’s really hittin me hard right now, I need to get s.hit together. I can’t take it anymore. I make a decent amount of money, but am currently out of a job and the debts piling up. I need some way to gather all this debt into one low interest payment. Anyone got some help for me I’m so lost right now and need a hand getting back on my feet. Thanks
