For one, she WILL cheat again if you take her back. Also, she will not respect you as much the second time around. When you take someone back after they cheat they know that they can do anything and get away with it with you…and they will. Finally, she has violated your trust and will never have it again, nomatter how much you try to trust her. A relationship without trust brings with it far more torment than joy.
As for getting over her it will take a while. You don’t have to date immediately. I imagine that you wont want to for a while and that’s ok. When you are ready to date again what to do will just come to you naturally. Until then, try to keep yourself busy so that you do not have time to think about her. You will find that you are thinking about her less and less and the pain will gradually go away. Try to cut ties and all communication with her. Later maybe you can be friends, but you need to give yourself some time to be away from her or you will never get over her. I imagine when you cut ties with her she will come back to you a sloppy mess and try to get back together with you, realizing the errors of her ways. Don’t buy it! She may feel genuinely sorry, but shortly after getting back together with her those feelings will pass (unknowingly even to her). A second try at this relationship will be a waste of both of your time and energy.

The point in life is to excel, and do what’s best for people around you. Learning all of those languages could take you all over the world! If you really want to find a purpose in life, maybe you should use your skills to work in 3rd world countries building schools, arrogation systems and helping the locals to fight poverty. Do something that will make a difference, not just for now, but for generations to come. Don’t think of life as being a waste, or mundane. Just use it as a chance to evolve and become the best that you can be. You are right, we are not immortal, and nothing lasts forever. But why not spend the time you have helping others to find meaning in their lives…this path could help you to find a meaning in yours.
