  What do you want in life? Do you want to sit at home with your parents watching tv or do you want a different job or a boyfriend or what?
  Decide on what you want to have in your life it could be any of those things or something very different like teaching english in Napal next year. When you have decided what you want then you can start to go for it and that will pull you out of the rut you are experiencing at the moment.

  You Cannot Do It By Your Self.
  Nobody Can Do It By Them Selves.
  
  What happens to a lot of people is they get depressed or they get a lot of grief and they don’t know how to get out of it. What you need to do is get rid of the depression or grief by expressing it, find someone who is open to listening to what your going through. Someone who is open to letting you weep or yell or do what ever you need to do to express what is inside you only then will you find the will to live . Whether that is your best friend or a professional counselor doesn’t matter. The freedom of life without grief is like drinking the milk of gods.

  You were built to exercise every day and eat beautiful greens fruits veggies and lean meats. What your doing now is unnatural but you have a brain that is craving very fatty foods.
  
  Commit to a new regime for 3 months. It takes 3 months for your brain to fully renetwork itself which means that after three months you will definitely be used to healthy food and no longer crave the fatty stuff. To help with your commitment get family and friends to remind you and not give up on your promise to create a healthier body.
  
  A commitment means that your determined that nothing will stop you from your goal. Being healthy is the best gift that you could give to anyone including yourself.
