Actually since this printer doesn’t have a NIC in it, then the first answer is no. Unless you have another PC, for example if you have a desktop PC, but you are wanting to print from your laptop.
If that is the case then the answer is yes. You simply hook the printer up to the desktop, and then go to the printer properties, and share it. If you are networked, i.e. your pc’s are in the same workgroup or domain, and you have file and print sharing turned on, then you should now be able to connect to the printer from your laptop.

Have you tried updating the firmware?

Well looking at your config, you are not going to be able to connect to it, because it looks as if it is in “bridge mode”, speaking that your IP is a public IP, not a private IP. Does the router have a reset button on it? If so, hold it for 10 secons, or what ever it needs to reset.
Also for future reference, for you to be able to connect to it, you would have to be on the same subnet as it, for example if the routers IP was 192.168.0.1, with a /24 subnet, then your pc would have to have a 192.168.0.x IP, with a /24 subnet, and its default gateway set to 192.168.0.1. If after you reset it, if you still cant get back to the router screen by using its IP, then disconnect the cable modem from the router, plug you pc into the router, and manually set your ip to 192.168.0.10, with a 255.255.255.0 subnet, and 192.168.0.1 as the gateway, then try getting back to the router.

Sure install an exchange server, and then you can use the OWA feature, which is Outlook web access. If you install an exchange Server, it has something called a pop connector so that you could pop all of your accounts into your main exchange box. Being a home user, you probably wouldnt be able to get a static DNS, so you would need to use a free DDNS service, that basically lets you pick a free domain name, and then the service monitors your IP for changes.
