• (1 vote) This might sound silly, but I feel really lonely.
  

  well i hope it helps. it’s not a nice feeling being lonely i know, but there are some benefits. it helps you appreciate your relationships with people when you have them. it helps put things in perspective. at the very least, it gives you a chance to catch up on reading or watch all those movies you always meant to watch.
  
  just remember that you are not alone because you are a bad person or nobody likes you. it’s just a stage, and everyone in the whole world goes through it too (even paris hilton and hugh hefner).

  you need to move out, first and foremost.
  
  then, once you settle yourself in somewhere, start a new life.
  
  it’s what i’m trying to do at the moment as my 5 year relationship just ended too. thinking positive thoughts is absolutely necessary at this stage.

  hey, i gotta tell you. i was in your position so i just did an english degree, thinking i would decide later what career i wanted. now here i am 5 years later, working in a non skilled job that i hate. i know i could do something with my education but there’s not a lot out there for english majors. especially not at the moment.
  
  so my advice to you is just aim high, apply for everything you could possibly be interested in. get into university with the knowledge you can always change courses. or start an apprenticeship, or diploma. something!!

  it’s hard to know because people react one of two ways when they cheat
  1. they realise the damage it’s done, lose heaps of friends, feel awful about it and never even think of doing it again for fear they’ll have to go through the same awful experience again
  2. they think they’ve managed to ‘get away with it’ and it really wasn’t that big a deal if the other person didn’t find out.
  
  I’ve never really cheated but I’ve been the ‘other woman’ and i can honestly say I’ll NEVER do that to myself again. Beforehand, i thought it might be fun but god was i wrong! and the guy ended up cheating on his next girlfriend!!

  as a girl who has also had bad experiences, I’ll tell you what I would do. Leave him and get on with your life. He has undermined the relationship and started you doubting him. How would you feel doing that to him? You loved him, and he clearly didn’t reciprocate.
  
  if he’s hurt your feelings, he should be begging for your forgiveness or at least making sure you still felt special! Maybe he doesn’t expect you to stick around which is why he’s seemingly given up. Maybe he wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t stick around.
  
  you put yourself out there and got hurt. it’s going to happen. Some people find real love quickly, some stick out a bad relationship for 6 years a miss a slew of oppoutrunities.

  it’s a benign tumor that just hangs off yourr skin, like a harmless little flap of skin. apparently you can just cut them off and it’s fine. but i’m worried that i have disturbed it now, and something horrible will happen
