• This person has been harassing me over the net for a year now.
  

  I am in Saskatchewan Canada, I cannot afford a lawyer and legal aide wont help me because this person is in Manitoba and Manitoba legal aide wont help me I dont live there and I am not the one in trouble. go figure. the victim has no rights to council. this person has sued me 5 times for stupid things too. They havent won any money because i have none and i had to represent myself each time because if I dont answer to her crap she wins and she wants huge amounts of money from me and even threatened my grandkids mental abuse if i dont pay her thirty grand she says I stole from them. Which is not true. This person is the foster mother of my grandkids and CFS wont believe me what she is doing to me, she tells them I am just trying to cause trouble for her. She told CFS that I sexually exploited my grandkids without any proof and she went to court and got an order on me without any notice to me to be there and never told me about it for three years and I cant get even the courts to tell what this is about and what kind of proof she had. The judge in her last lawsuit told me what she did so i cant see my grandkids. She denied it right in court in front of the judge who knew what she did. funny she got that same judge to sign all her crap law suits saying all kinds of things using other peoples name and signing other people signitures and The judge knows because i showed the court the evidence and they just let her walk out of there. what gives. Why does every thing she does to me goes by the way side she answers for nothing then goes on the net and accuses me of all kinds of stuff I never did. I seen she had on a site six degrees of separation because she always hints about what she is up to, so I watched it. Its all about things are not what they seem and how they do things to people and the people have no idea what that is all about. Ya I can see she used some of this movies lines. I wish there was sequal for me to watch so i knew what to do. She changed all the stuff she did to me on the net to look like I stole her identity and sent her all that stuff. I cant believe she knew how to do that stuff because i dont. I dont have money to hire anyone to do any kind of detective work. I have looked for a lawyer who would take it on a percent for a law suit. Nope. What else can I do .

• Identity theft.
  

  If you have proof of the identity theft or print outs go to your local police dept and press charges and give them a original copy, dont forget to make photo copies of every thing you give away. They need the originals for court. They can investigate the persons ip addy apparently. although some are good at hiding their ip addy or rerouting it. Talk to your local police but go down there dont call on the phone. Show them your serious, I had to go 7 times before they got off their butts then it took almost a year before they actually looked into it.
