• How can I lose 10 pounds in a week?
  

  I’m 5′3 and I weight 140.
  I kinda let myself go during summer D;
  I know this won’t be kept off, I would just like to go back to school
  looking nice and etc. Just for the first couple of days/week of school.
  
  I walk on a treadmill for 10-15 minutes a day, and swim for two hours. Then I do some crunches, and sometimes walk around my neighborhood.
  
  bleh.
  
  My friend showed me the ‘three day/navy diet’.
  Is that diet worth getting on?

  He does know who I am,
  He’s known that I liked him for like a couple of months
  but he doesn’t get angry that I ask him out,
  my friends keep bothering about dating me and etc.
  Plus his friends probably are holding him back like it would
  ruin his social life or whatever.
  So chances are he’s annoyed,
  and plus, what I got from ‘her’
  is that his mom left and his stepdad’s
  looking at another person. I feel bad for him,
  that’s why I’ve been hanging back from talking to him
  because sometimes when I see him at the bus ramp,
  he looks sad.

  and he’s not in any of my classes, and I can’t find enough time to talk to him in person through class changes.
