I’m the same, and it works out ace for me. I usually wake up around 8. check what i need to get done for the day, if i need to speak to any clients etc at about 9.30 i get in touch with my junior developers and let them know what i want them to do for the day.
then I do what i need when i need. so long as I’m on my mobile for my business partner to get in touch with me or my staff it doesnt really matter. If I’m bord I’ll go to the office and loiter around there for a while lol
i try to make sure that i get an hour in the gym every other day, and eat at set times I have about 6 meals a day so it breaks down quite nicely.
