  yes, it is hard to deal with at times bc you never really know what may set something off. that is what makes it hard to stay bc i will always be the one being “careful” not to step on toes and say something wrong.
  i love him lots and my situation is a bit more complicated bc recently another woman came in the picture. i have pulled back and not talked to him so much but we do communicate and he tells me he loves me.

  yes, she probably is. i forgot to address the fact that when you see her she sometime seems uncomfortable. she ought to! she did a jerk move. the fact that she works with you and has to see you and she didn’t have any decency to speak to you face to face is poor judgment. the way she did it is more about her than you. she wanted to go out with that other guy and had no conscience about leaving you. life isn’t always better somewhere else. she may soon find herself alone.
  letting go is hard for me bc i love him. i know that he loves and cares for me. why am i not good enough then?? ahhh!

  yas, i see what you are saying. i don’t know how long you guys were dating but you seemed to give her the attention that a person would want (guy or girl). people just want to feel loved, respected and appreciated.
  she may regret it but maybe you’re right. it was a lousy way for her to go about it and that probably shouldn’t be rewarded by taking her back. unless she spills a big apologetic story but even then… maybe not.
  i don’t know with my situation. how could he be so nice and caring- telling me how much he loves me and saying that we would be back in NYC again this summer etc. and then just say we aren’t dating anymore.
  i think it is best for me to break ties with him. mostly for my own sanity. if he return i willhave to look at things closely. there is a saying that says something like: if you love someone let them go, if they return it was meant to be.
  i need to get my head in a better place and it is not easy since i feel so empty inside. i was serious about him too.
