Kim here Thanx soo much for your expertise on the driver and dvd info.I had reinstalled the creative s.b.live(unsigned) and got sound back but only works when a cd is inserted or (play) is clicked on,when online with a radio station or watching videos.the cd’s work when inserted now but nothing when it comes to a dvd.sorry but Im really puter illiterate.Thank-you.Kim
