  for me, my body got so stressed i got sick. so i turned to night time medicine to work on the cold and ended up getting some sleep that way. after that i realized that i needed to stop my brain from thinking at least an hour before I go to bed (no stimulus like tv). so, my next step was to make chamomile “sleepy time” tea an hour before bed… I had to also create a list of “things NOT to do” so i wouldn’t do them before bed. we all have “to do” lists, but a “not to do” lists can be just as effective or more.[/quote]
  
  thank you so much, this helps a lot. I really was just wondering about myself. Cause I wanna know my body well enough to know what is wrong, and lately I just haven’t been able to figure it out. But thank you so much. I am gonna go try and lay down. I will probably be back up. Cause when I can’t get comfortable I get right back up out of bed. But anyway before I keep running on about usless nothings Have a good morning since it is going on 5:30 well here anyway, hope to fall asleep. Thank You 3Crystal

  i haven’t. and i know i should. I just haven’t done anything cause i am new to doing stuff on my own. I just turned 18 and i am not used to being able to go places and doctors on my own.
