  It sounds as if you are quite young and enjoying the attention from two men is probably something you either arn’t use to, or are normally use to it so this is an every day thing from you.
  
  Hugging isn’t as bad as the intent of the hug. If someone hugs you with the intent of providing comfort and support you can normally feel that. If someone hugs you with the intent of expecting something more from it (Like a kiss for example) then you can normally feel that out to.
  
  Keep in mind that communication is going to be the big factor here. If “jerk” has no idea that you don’t feel that way for him anymore, this his reaction is of course going to be “why is she acting this way?” and he is going to continue his harassment.
  
  Meanwhile, if “hero” has no idea about what “jerk” is doing and he finds from another outside source (besides you telling him yourself) he will probably be quite hurt…their friendship will end and in the honesty of it..so will your relationship with said “hero”.
  
  Try talking to them both about it and be honest and true to your feelings. If you love the “hero” then telling “jerk” to back off should be easy. If you enjoy what “jerk” is doing then maybe you should reevaluate your feelings for “hero” because your just going off of an interpersonal lust for “hero” and arn’t really ready for a relationship.

  It’s sort of funny how I stumbled onto this subject because my ex girlfriend is going through the same thing…unfortunately she broke up with me because of these said reasons as well as some others…and she has completely turned backwards on life..she isn’t who she use to be anymore..*sigh*
  
  Either way…with all of the advice given to you so far on this site..if none of it has helped so far then I’m afraid there isn’t really anything anyone else can do. Everything else is up to you at this point. Others can only help so much…everything else is in your court.
  
  Unfortunately…the only way you ARE going to change for the better is if you really DO want to change for the better. You can’t make someone change…they have to want to..
  
  This is all the same advice I gave my ex…she has constantly been seeking help..but has yet to actually take any of the advice given to her…
  
  Personally if a person isn’t willing to try any suggestions because they feel they “already know it won’t work” then there isn’t much else a person can do. Being thick headed about the subject isn’t going to help anyone…change can only happen if you keep an open mind and are willing to give anything a shot that is POSITIVE.
  
  Negative things (drugs, alcohol…ect..) will only lead to more negativity..the whole karma aspect plays a huge role…Good produces Good..Bad produces Bad.

  Well you obviously know what problems you are currently suffering from..now the real question should be how do you go about sorting through these problems?
  
  Learning to cope with every day living should be your first task. Unfortunately life doesn’t slow down for anyone and it is constantly throwing stuff your way that is negative. Learning to cope with all of these things is the first step in solving a majority of your problems.
  
  How you cope with them is different with everyone. Make sure the things you do to relieve the stress and pain is focused in a positive way…the more positive influences you have in your life the better off you are going to be. Don’t stress so much on the negative things because they will pass..keep your head up.

  No problem..don’t take it to the absolute serious level and make yourself sick and unhealthy…doing exercise every day and having a healthy diet is your best bet for losing weight…just don’t over do it and don’t hurt urself and you’ll be fine :)

  Baby Fat? I doubt it…the medical definition of baby fat is…in as basic of terms as I can say…Childhood Obesity.
  
  Google it if you don’t believe me..lol.
  
  Either way…yes you can lose weight from sleeping…but you can also gain it. a 5-7 lb gain can happen easily in a 24 hour period.
  
  If you want to make sure your retaining the body fat you burned off when you lost the 25 lbs..buy a body fat caliper at GNC or on ebay for 10 bucks and use the online link I left earlier in these posts to figure out your body fat percentage. It gives instructions on how to use the device and how to record your findings…then it calculates them for you so you can see what exactly your body fat percentage is.
  
  If your worried about your looks, then use the body fat calipers…they are much more accurate than actually using a scale.
  
  Keep in mind that you are also young…and a woman’s body doesn’t stop fully developing until your 18-21 years of age. At this point in your life you could gain weight or lose weight depending on the hormones your body produces….the only way your guaranteed to NOT gain weight is if you continually exercise and eat right…exercising being the most important of the two.
  
  The more you get off ur butt and do something the more opt you are to look healthy..be thin and enjoy life. That’s the honest truth.
