I love good kraut and haven’t had any homemade since my friend form Germany moved away. Sadly I can’t walk but I do ride my exercise bike every day. Right now I can only do about 15 minutes but I am getting better on it!

Great idea! Tells you how long since I’ve been in a library,lol

I like the idea of having a set list to go buy. It takes a lot of the guess work out of it. Me being sedentary makes it really hard to maintain my weight so I can use all the help I can get. I just hope my small town library has them. If not, I’ll just go to the nest town over.

Yep… it was only a half day of classes today though so not so much brain work. Then the rest of the day was for studying till 4, then sports which wiped me out completely.

Yeah, last night i couldn’t sleep till like 4am which ment i only got 2 and a half hours of sleep =/ so that makes my state of mind worse…
