  Well, you’re already have a much better frame of mind than many people. You want to start over. Lots of people are just sitting around, moderately comfortable in their lives, waiting for a change. My advice is to focus on small victories. Find what makes you smile, and put your whole self into it. It doesn’t have to conform to any expectations. Live for yourself. Sure, you can still create an ultimate goal, and work toward it, but don’t get lost in it. Don’t neglect all the other things that might make you happy just because they don’t fit in with your “plan.” And keep telling yourself that maybe it hasn’t been your month or your year. But it’s always going to be your life.

  well, unless you mean like an actual no pulse type of thing then yeah, i might sort of know what you mean. sort of like you’re incoherent but at the same time really in control and centered? or like you’re not thinking about anything but everything seems to make a little bit more sense than it did? like you’re not really moving (even if you are) but you’re sort of floating… not like an out of body experience but more like you can kind of sense your place in the world, or you know, just for a moment, why you’re there? but at the same time it almost doesn’t matter that you have no idea what will happen next or where you’ll be tomorrow?
  then it sort of ends and you can perfectly recollect what you felt but have no idea of what brought it on or exactly what you were thinking? and you’re really tired but you feel like maybe you have all the energy you need to do what you want or need to do?

  You are very welcome. And I do hope you feel a little better soon.
  Sorry I can’t give you better, or more welcome, advice about this girl, but I do think that you can eventually move on from loving her.
  Just one last thing… you say that you are afraid of not crying. I don’t know if the following is actually how you feel or not, but I used to have a sort of similar feeling. I remember feeling like there was so little in my life to live for, that without my sadness, I wouldn’t have anything. Then, when things started looking up a bit, I started feeling guilty that I wasn’t as sad anymore.
  Again, I don’t know how you’re feeling (or how to clearly express how I felt) but the best advice I can give you is to face change head on and with an open mind. If things make you happy, be happy. If you see an opportunity to feel better, take it.
