hey there good buddy, tummy weight/fat is usually caused because of unhealthy eating habbits like fried foods which have saturated/trans fats which store in the stomach rather then be used for fuel like mono and polyun saturated fats which are found in olive oil and most nuts which are healthy fats that the body can naturally digest…cardio is a big one if you can jog for about 10 minutes and 30 seconds of a slow/moderate walk then sprint for 30 seconds it boosts your metabolism. Then for sit ups your regular crunches/sit ups should work 4 sets of 25 with no more then a 30 second break…AND CUT SODA/BEER out of your diet…I drink only on the weekends and if i don’t i don’t care…but I haven’t touched pop unless it’s diet if I absolutely have to get wendys fast food pre/post work out. and DON’T OVERLOAD on juice maybe a 1 glass a day thats it.
Yanno.. the best comment anyone could get for what they wrote was that it touched something in the heart of another. That makes it so worthwhile in my eyes.
