  happens to me as welll its really annoying…oerhaps just takes long time to filter….plus they even block out words which arent even the least bit rude!

  ummmm get the instruction booklet out? ….or fiddle around with the buttons on your tv or box thing you’ve got :) thats he only suggestions i have…otherwise…..buy a new remote.

• whenever i take off my eyemakeup i end up losing a few eyelashes what can i do to avoid this?
  

  they do grow back so dont worry, at the moment some have fallen out on one eye more then the other so its annoying me when trying t get it to look even.
  
  when you are taking it off, tryand be gentle on the eyes especially when rubbing them….also …dont leave it on too long like mascara overnight because it then becomes harder to get off forcing you to rub harder then of course they fall out. so key thing is TO BE GENTLE TO YOUR EYES :)
