  I’ve kinda been doing this already. On my days off I’ll drive to a town I’ve never been to before, usually only 30 minutes or so away. Problem is, once I get there, I have no idea what to do, I end up just driving around looking for good parks, or views of bodies of water; I’ve yet to find any worth going back for.
  (BTW, if you ever want to feel like you have an entire town to yourself, go to Slaton, TX at 4 in the morning on a weekday. I was there for 2 hours and saw a grand total of one other driver the entire time.)
  
  @OceanCold. I do have a cheapish DSLR like camera, been trying to save up for a real dslr; I just don’t have the money, even the “cheap” ones are upwards of $1k.
