  theres always pros and cons of buying and renting i rent. and i would love my own place but then part of me is glad im renting at the same time as i think well if something goes wrong in the flat you know you only have to call the landlord/agency to get it sorted. where as if you have your own place you have to deal with it yourself. i know what you mean chucking your money away too and if you bought at least you could say this is mine but its like you said if you havent got alot of money even if you could afford to get a place of your own then you got in and were skint you need to worry about paying your mortgage off i get confused over what i would rather do. love my own place but mortgages are scary thoughts!

  yeah but the for example 200 friends arnt friends most of them you seen a couple times in your life or you went to school with and just want to be on your loist to say look a friend a friend LOL but if you see them in the street its like hi and quickley look the other way haha
