  Basicly I’d suggest more or less what works best on anyone being rude
  Respond calmly and reasonably.
  And If their critics are unjustified, just explain as simpleworded, relaxed and friendly as you can why your behaviour has been well thought through and there is no need for ‘worry’ or make a problem out of it.
  
  Whatever you do, make sure your own behaviour radiates friendliness, reasonability, and positive caring affection in such an honest way that being rude is the last thing they would like to do.
  
  Do not in any way behave vulnerable to whatever they might say or loose the least bit of control over your own personality.
  
  If you’re stable like a rock,
  that may help them learning to trust you and calm down.
  Probably not allways, but you’re not responsible for their misbehaviour, no matter how mentally disabled they are. Because you’re not in direct control of it.
  Only of your own behaviour.

  Perhaps it’s easier to exercise in the morning if you’re so tired when coming from work. At work, you can make a habit of taking the stairs if you have any. This can be very good for your constitution and make more exercise possible.
  Also make sure to have some sportive exercises that you consider enjoyable to be doing. Or find ways to make them as much fun as possible. Doing it together with a good friend or collegue can make it easier and nicer. Good music too. Perhaps something with a competition element or clear achievable goals you want to reach like “In this amount of time I want to be able to do…”
  Make sure there are other motivations working than spending time exercising to loose weight.
  About the food: don’t only concentrate on how much you eat, but even more on what food you eat. Ask yourself if it’s a meal that will make your body healthy and fit, like something with a good variety of fruit and vegetables containing many vitamins, minerals and not too much dry stupid carbon (I mean fat, starch and sugar). Learn to enjoy fresh green food above those, and if you desperately need a full stomach have a big bowl of nicely flavoured soup or a big, good tasting salad (without mayonese or meat of course) A juicy piece of fruit perhaps. It’s worthwhile to make your healthy food taste really delicious.
  And whatever positive step you choose to take making your life healthier, be sure to appreciate it as part of your own chosen lifestyle and allow yourself to feel good about each positive change you’re able to achieve.
  Actually do everything in a way that makes you feel good about yourself.
  For it’s own sake and because fun and enjoyment gives energy and enthousiasm.
  And that’s what you need to achieve things you really want.
  Especially if your goals are quite ambitious. Which they most certainly are.
  
  In any case, if you would want to try extraordinary diets, allways first consult your doctor first or otherwise don’t.
  
  Anyways, those are my tips. I hope you can find anything you can appreciate and find use for in searching for your own approach.

  Just be honest and tell her as you would tell to a good friend how you think and or feel and that you don’t want to pretend to believe what you don’t believe.
  Also let her know that you understand she has the best intentions and does so because she cares for you. But even if she hopes for it, being forced to go to a church may not result in you converting to christianity.
  As long as it’s not voluntarily it probably will make you feel bad about religion.
  
  If you still need to go to it, just make the best out of it from your own perspective. For example in bible class you can still learn to understand more about the way a lot of christian people view the world. Even if it’s not your view, it can be interesting to know more about their perspective.
  As for, how not to get bored in church, well that can be quite hard, but you can think about the topics in your own way, if you like even in a funny one.
  (Just make sure not to roll out of your seat laughing. They somehow might not appreciate it…)
  I’d advise you to just keep one thing clear:
  
  That you don’t think it’s a good thing to fake having another personal opinion than you really do.
  
  If anybody wants you to express other personal views than your own they ask you to lie. So they can either hear your real thoughts or nothing at all. The choice is up to them.
  
  At the same time accept and respect your mother’s opinion as hers and do your best to understand her feelings and thoughts and respond to them as friendly and loving as you can without being dishonest. same goes for other people.

  And when talking about killing a wrongdoer instead of an innocent there’s the problem of determining who’s innocent who is a wrongdoer and what to do with the grayscales inbetween in such a way that people doing there best to follow these guidelines and taking action accordingly don’t risk ending up in the grayscale or worse themselves.
  Therefor systems, laws and moral guidelines not allowing any killing (without informed consent) gererally will work out better than those making exceptions.
  I realise this is a pragmatical approach, but in the end I think morality has a lot to do with what works out best.

  I think it’s hard to define rules for what would be good or evil in the ultimate sense, since there is no verifyably reliable reference.
  But there are already defined rules in society that tell you exactly when killing is accepted, when it is to be punished and when it is not accepted but may not necessarily require punishment. And those rules are often dealing with the question of what is your responsibility towards society.
  
  This means that if you are a police officer, you may in some occasions be even required to kill a person to safe thousands, but if you are a normal citizen often not. In most societies it is not accepted to kill an innocent person, not even to save thousands, and not even for a police officer. This means that you shouldn’t consider it a legitimate choice to kill the innocent for a ‘thousand’ others.
  If you only choose the most optimal choice within the limits of what is allowed there is no reason to feel responsible for the ‘thousands’ because within those limits there was nothing you were even allowed to to prevent it, and you were not the direct cause of their death either.
  While if you kill the innocent you certainly are responsible for his or her death.
  And since the possible death of the ‘thousands’ is not you, but a cause possibly not completely understood by you, you may in many situations never be sure if the ‘thousands’ would indeed die if you didn’t kill the innocent. (And beforehand likewise you may not even be sure that sacrificing the innocent is the only effective way to save them.)
  
  So also for the sake of preventing unnecessary killings because of people misjudging the situation I’d advice not to take responsibility for illegitimate actions that may not be so responsible as you think but certainly make you fully guilty of something horrible.

  After both a period and a negative test it sounds really unlikely that you would be pregnant. It shouldn’t be too strange to have your period a bit shifted after taking pills like the morning after pill. That might disturb the usual balance a bit.
  Just wait and see. If within a few weeks you have your period and still the pregnancy test is negative (if you even bother about taking another one), you can be really certain about not being pregnant.

  No, that wouldn’t be a legitimate transaction, since I do not possess full ownership. It would also be a transaction where I wouldn’t really know what it is I’m selling. And in situations where the consequences of such a deal are not sufficiently overseable, and a general and publicly know advise not to do so because it never works out in your favor is considered also, it is definately even more irresponsible than some global bank-dealings so often in the news lately.

  Anyway, if you sleep long enough during the nights and still need naps:
  schedule your naps and try to find out how often and how long works best.
  For the rest the only thing to keep a person energetic from morning until evening is making sure to have enough fun/enjoyment.
  I would avoid the suggested coffee or redbull though. That makes you dependant.
  
  Maybe sports can also activate you.
  Especially doing sports in the morning might do the trick.
