  I don’t really have a good reply for this. Just wanted to say keep hangin’ in there. In time it will get better. Don’t repress your feelings, that’ll only make them worse. If you want to try again, go ahead. It’s better to be a little embarrassed than regret forever not making a move. But once it’s over, it’s over. Don’t try to move on, just try to distract yourself with new things and interests and you will eventually move on.

  I’m unclear about what exactly you did “wrong”. Were you calling your ex because you’re still into him? Because your boyfriend now shouldn’t get to control who you talk to… he doesn’t sound very understanding. If you still want to be friends with your ex, then you should have a trusting enough relationship with your current boyfriend to be able to talk to him about this.
  It’s all about trust. If you’re scared he’ll cheat then you’re worried he’s not over the ex incident. You need to talk to him about it. You don’t have to ask him if he’s going to cheat, you can simply talk about if he’s still mad, or why you wanted to talk to your ex. If you don’t trust what he says in this conversation, or you can’t have this conversation, you should re-think your relationship!

  You should see your doctor or psychologist. It could be nothing, but it could be a new symptom of anxiety or depression. Talk to someone for sure!
