I love doing other people’s homework, yay!

To use a rough analogy:

“I would not buy a car without a test drive.”

If you truly believe marriage is lifetime commitment, then walking into the emotional and physical commitment blindly would be foolish, almost verging on dishonest.

I usually suggest that a few things have to happen before I’d consider getting married:

1. Live together
2. Have Sex
3. Get into a really big argument

How you deal with those things will tell you if you’re really in for life.

That’s what I’d advise for most high schoolers. The whole “married as high school sweethearts” is the exception (by far) not the rule.

Firefox is a bit faster in places here and there. However, what FF really does better is (these days) security and extendability. FF has tons of themes and LOADS of extensions that do everything from block every ad ever to some hard core nitty gritty stuff like disassembling the webpage you’re viewing an examining it piece by piece at a source code level.

The soon-to-come version of FF is going to have a faster javascript engine than anything out there (neck in neck with Google’s “Chrome” browser.) Thus sites employing lots of JS (which is really common now with AJAX) will work better in FF.

As noted, keep both around, since IE is heavily tied into the Windows OS.

Actually, I have no idea who at CNET/CBS is actually responsible for the site anymore. :|

Technically, yes I could. However, I don’t use any of my admin privileges.

Something like that

I’ve thought about trying to get back into the Help project, but I’m having too much fun making games for right now :)

I was recently in an elevator accident (stepped in, counterweight failed, fell about 3-4 floors). I still use elevators (it was really a freak accident) but the little noises and such aren’t just excused out of my mind anymore.

What’s this phobia? :)

Sounds like you could use backing off a bit from the whole “we spend every waking moment in contact” and see what happens. Take some time off from her and see if your perspective changes at all. And also — see if she comes to you or not.

Try not to stress too much about it. Try to keep things light and enjoy the giddy’s ;)
